Connecting/Reconnecting the Zoom for Google WorkSpace plugin
The Zoom for Google Workspace plugin is a connector add-on used to integrate Zoom and Google Calendar
The Plug-In enables:
- Zoom Meetings to be created on Google Calendar events
- Other people to schedule Zoom Meetings on your behalf and for them to be added to Google Calendar
- Changing detailed settings ahead of the meeting (recording, co-hosts, etc.)
The following steps will guide you through signing out and then back in to the Zoom for Google Workspace plugin.
If your plugin is already signed out, please begin at step 5 and follow the guide from that point onwards.
- Open Google Calendar
- Look to the right hand side of your screen, and click on the Zoom for Google Workspace plugin
- Head to More actions
- And then Sign out
- We now need to sign back in, please click the Sign in button
- Follow the steps to sign in, please allow and confirm when necessary. Please select Allow Shared Access Permissions when prompted (screenshot below)
- After your Google and Zoom accounts have been authorised and connected, you will receive a confirmation message.
You may now close this window with the use of the red X in the top left as marked in the image below.
