Momentum Screen

This is a guide on how to safely disconnect, transport and re-connect the Momentum screen

Disconnecting:

Disconnect the white power plug and the 2 network cables from the floor box in Momentum
Remember to roll up the cable for the table mic and hang it on the camera/around the screen so you can roll the screen without tangling the cables
You can roll the Momentum screen down to the Breakout Area

Set up in the Breakout Area:

Position the screen where you need
Connect an extension lead from the nearest floor box to underneath the screen. You can connect the white power plug to this extension lead so the screen can power on
On the left hand side of the screen, disconnect the black HDMI cable. Connect a HDMI cable from the IT Cupboard and use this to connect to your MacBook

Disconnecting from the Breakout Area:

The reverse of the Set up in the Breakout Area steps

Re-connecting in Momentum:

Roll the screen back in the Momentum meeting room
Re-connect the white power plug in the floor box
Re-connect the 2 network cables to the 2 network ports - it has to be the same ports because the other 2 ports are disabled
Re-connect the black HDMI cable to the side of the screen
Turn on the mini-PC at the back of the screen - there is a power button you need to press and the lights will come on
