London Pod: Victoria House Meeting Room

This is a guide on how to connect to the Meeting Room tech at Victoria House (4th floor)

To use the screen sharing function in the Victoria House meeting rooms:

Make sure you are connected to the Victoria House Wi-Fi network
Connect the USB-C dongle supplied to you (available at the Front Desk) into your MacBook - each Meeting Room has its own dongle
On your MacBook, accept the connection and select Extended Display - this enables Screen Sharing
You can now join your Zoom call and share your screen - select the extended screen
Finally, you can enter Slide Show on your PowerPoint and it will be shared on the extended screen
