Setting up Egnyte Drives
This is simply guiding the user to connect their Egnyte access locally to their Mac through the Egnyte Desktop Core App - a bit like logging in to OneDrive on a PC and setting up the sync.
The user needs to:
- Open the Egnyte App -its a Drive icon towards the top right of the screen (near the time)
- Click Add Drive
- Login to each of their Egnyte accounts. Start with their own "company" drive - in this case Pathios first. The first one to connect acts as a "primary" connector drive when users open up documents via the Drive on apps like MS Word. There'll be copying and pasting of the users' password from DashLane to the Egnyte Desktop App
