How to use Macros in Word
This article will detail how to use the macros that have been embedded within the specific document that you have opened, provided that document has had macros created for it.
- Head to the toolbar at the top and select the View menu (1), then select Macros (2).
- This will then open up a menu with a list of macros, you'll want to click where arrow 1 is pointing to bring up the list of macro locations, and then you'll need to select the name of the file you're currently (arrow 2) in to ensure that you only see the macros that were curated for that specific document, and not Word's generic macros.
- You'll now be able to select the macro you'd like to run (3), and then click Run in the bottom right of that window.
